Christopher Kurczaba, JD, is a well-known and respected attorney with over 20 years practice experience. With a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University and a law degree from Loyola University, Christopher is licensed to practice law in both the States of New York & Illinois.He is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Federal Court of the Northern Districts of Illinois. Christopher is fluent in English, Polish and speaks Spanish. With a focus on business, immigration and real estate law, Chris is passionate and dedicated to helping individuals; families and businesses of all sizes find successful solutions in completing and building upon their American Dream.
Personal BackgroundAs a third generation polish American, Chris was raised to understand the plight of those seeking legal status here in America and the importance of family unification. He understands the unique opportunities afforded here in the U.S. and the importance of preserving cultures of homelands while creating new acculturated traditions.
Saturday Immigration WorkshopsChristopher has partnered with the Polish Jesuit Millennium Center to host monthly workshops on immigration issues.
Radio, TV Commentary - CommercialsFor years, Christopher has been providing regular commentary on television and radio stations on various legal and especially immigration issues. In a recent television program, Christopher was featured on a worldwide broadcast which included his involvement in immigration reform and how is legal services are used to help businesses and individuals.

Community Involvement - Charitable ActivitesChristopher has been actively involved in the local community, having served as the President of the Polish American Congress - Illinois Division 1999-2006, and National Vice President of the Polish American Congress 2002-2004. He has served on the Boards of many other community and national ethnic organizations. Chris was previously appointed a Commissioner of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission.
Christopher has recently been elected Secretary of the Board of Directors of Polish Assistance. (see www.Polishassistance.org) Polish Assistance has been providing financial assistance to immigrants and persons in need for over the past 60 years.
He is also a Director at Large of the Polish American Congress (see www.pac1944.org).
